MAIN COURSEBIRMINGHAM, ALABAMA · RESTAURANT CONTENT & MARKETING
You bring something special to the table.
We help Birmingham discover it.
Signature dishes. Real conversations. The faces behind the apron. We turn what makes your restaurant yours into content people can connect with.
Made for independent Birmingham restaurants.

A CONTENT TEAM AT YOUR TABLE
There’s the recipe that took years. The chef who remembers every regular. The owner who took a chance on a neighborhood.
That’s where we start. Main Course Theory brings together restaurant filming, podcast-style interviews, photography, and social media support to tell a fuller story of your business.
From a single content shoot to a recurring monthly partnership, we build around a reason to visit: weekday lunch, catering, dinner, or the people who make your place feel like home.

A PLAN FOR YOUR RESTAURANT
A focused first 90 days, followed by a year of stories, seasonal opportunities, and regular reviews.
Choose one business priority—weekday lunch, catering, reservations, or neighborhood recognition. We shape the content around that goal and review the customer actions you can track.
THE FIRST 90 DAYS
Agree on your priority, record a starting baseline, plan the first shoot, and introduce your dishes, owner, and team. Set the publishing schedule and approval process.
Continue the story series and test clear reasons to visit. Review which content prompts interest, inquiries, offer redemptions, or reservation activity where tracking is available.
Use the findings to adjust the content and promotions. At the pilot review, compare available results with the baseline and decide on the right ongoing scope together.
The proposed starting point is a 90-day Main Course partnership at $2,250 per month—$6,750 over three months, paid monthly in advance. Deliverables follow the Main Course package. Restaurant-paid ad spend and separately quoted services are additional.
Want a smaller first step? The $750 one-time Starter Shoot is also available. It has its own scope and does not include the full 90-day partnership.
Proposed terms, scope, and scheduling are confirmed in your agreement. The pilot is designed to evaluate fit and performance; results are not guaranteed.
A TWELVE-MONTH PLANNING FRAMEWORK
This roadmap includes the first 90 days as Quarter 1. Continuing after the pilot is a separate decision, with the package and terms agreed at the review.
Complete the pilot: establish your baseline, launch recurring stories, and identify the content and offers worth developing.
Refine the strongest story formats and maintain a dependable publishing rhythm. Focus on the restaurant priority chosen at the pilot review.
Prepare content for seasonal menus, catering, events, or quieter trading periods that matter to your restaurant. Campaign production and paid media follow your agreed package.
Review the year’s available content and customer-action results, refresh your story library, and set priorities for the next year.
We revisit the goal, content performance, and available customer actions. Organic and paid results are reviewed separately, with tracking based on the tools and information your restaurant can provide.
The annual roadmap is a planning framework. Monthly deliverables and pricing depend on your selected package; additional shoots, locations, and services are scoped separately.
